Denyo Denev is the acting chairman of the State Agency for National Security (SANS). This was confirmed prior to the start of the session of the Parliamentary Committee for Oversight of Security Services on June 5.
Denev is to be heard in connection with the investigation by journalist Christo Grozev, which alleges that Russia’s GRU is conducting hybrid and disinformation campaigns in Bulgaria.
