They sent a letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The presidential institution has formally requested the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to clarify the circumstances surrounding the alleged forcible detention of Bulgarian national Lyubomir Kirov in Ukraine.
In its letter, the Presidency also urged the ministry to take appropriate action on the matter.
So far, available information suggests that Kirov was in Odesa when he was forcibly detained and mobilised into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
