A 14-year-old boy drowned in the sea on Saturday near the breakwater in Varna. The area is unguarded and there was no one to help the child. On Sunday, a 32-year-old man drowned near the Sunny Day complex.
A 27-year-old man who disappeared last night at sea is also being sought. According to Dr. Ivan Ivanov, manager of the polyclinic that provides medical services on Varna's beaches, the cause of the incidents is that people often ignore the flag alerts.
There were many people bathing in the sea on Sunday at a red flag, he added.
