On 23 January (Friday) at 10:00, the Constitutional Court will hold a hearing on Constitutional Case No. 3/2026 on the resignation of President Rumen Radev. The rapporteur in the case is the President of the Constitutional Court, Judge Pavlina Panova.
Rumen Radev announced his decision to step down in an address to the nation on January 19.
The resignation was submitted to the Constitutional Court on January 20.
