First exit polls by "Alpha Research": GERB-UDF leads by more than 10% in Bulgaria's snap parliamentary elections, WCC-Democratic Bulgaria are second

The centre-right coalition of GERB and the Union of Democratic Forces - GERB-UDF - has a lead in the National Assembly elections with 26.2% of the voters’ support, according to an exit poll by Alpha Research at 19.30 pm on June 9, 2024.

The reformist “We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria” are second with 15.7%. nationalist “Vazrazhdane” party is in third place with 14.5%, and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF),which draws support mainly from Bulgarian ethnic Turk population, is in fourth place with 14.3%. They are followed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) with 9.1% and populist “There is Such a People” with 5.8%.

“Velichie” (Greatness) with 3.6%, "Blue Bulgaria" with 1.7%, "Solidarna Bulgaria" with 1.4% and "Bulgarian Rise" with 1% remain below the 4% electoral threshold.

The option “I do not support anyone” was marked as the choice of 2.4% of the voters. The turnout was 31.4%.
