President Rumen Radev has presented the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, with the Bulgarian Head of State's Honorary Sign.
The award was presented to him for his decisive role in the release of the detained crew of the vessel “Galaxy Leader”, and for Oman's overall contribution to peace and stability in the Middle East region.
